Herbal Tea

Cup of Mountain Meadow herbal blend

lemon slice
1.5
Liters of boiling water
Pour
the boiling water over the lemon slice and tea leaves in a glass pitcher.
Steep
the tea in the water for 10-15 minutes and then strain and refrigerate – or
pour over ice.
Once
cool, serve on ice with a lemon slice and drink!

‘green’ alternative it to make sun tea: leave the water and leaves in a glass
pitcher out in the sun for 2-3 hours. Strain and chill as above.
Green Jasmine/Mint Tea

Tbs Jasmine Green Tea

the tea in the water for 10-15 minutes and then strain and refrigerate – or
pour over ice.
